We are very proud of our Sales Staff in making the sale, providing you with the product you wanted and provided the knowledge to insure that this product satisfied the environmental demands of wear and usage in your home. For example, we advised you on the type of carpet to use in high traffic areas, the better the fiber and the denser it is packed; then noting the floor care after the installation, vacuum twice weekly removing the soil which acts as hard particles to scuff , frazzle and cut the fibers.

We insisted that we would do a no cost preliminary measure to determine the size of the flooring area, to insure that you were not charged for more material than necessary, and, that we could price the job very accurately. At this time we could also evaluate the area for other installation problems and additional costs; such as removing secured objects (toilets, sinks, etc), an uneven floor, old glue and adhesives, tile, carpets and other objects. We have also fixed up walls and made other fixes and/or improvements. This backs up our reliance on the best possible installers with the highest qualifications in all the home improvement disciplines.

We expedite the delivery of the materials and the scheduling of the installers to provide a schedule in line with the customers needs and desires. We are very proud of our history of keeping our schedule in the time window given to the customer. We emphasize the qualities of neatness, accuracy, efficiency, cleanliness and the sanctity of the customer’s home. Our installers are very proficient at their job, using the latest tools to complete the job in the least amount of time. There are times when it becomes necessary to enclose the work area with plastic sheets to prevent the dust and dirt from emanating and spreading throughout the home.

We are very explicit that upon completion of the Job, the area must be cleaned and left in a spotless condition, with all the extra or left over materials removed. There is an extra charge (covered in the price) for tear down and removal of the previous flooring materials, but in all cases, the area is to be clean.
